AM - Sandwich HS - with Lori & Bob...30+mins easy warm-up, then 2 x 2k on track (8:17, 8:17), w/800m jog...then 15min cool-down. Felt slow and uncoordinated but this is about as good as I can expect given current fitness level. Still a bit conservative as I've only been back running 5-6 weeks. Bob & Lori did 400's...8 of them I think...w/200 walk/jog recovery. Lori looked very good. Bob looked like he was jogging at 88 secs per lap.
