PM - F500 - 36mins 122-128bpm...then row 3500m mostly below 130bpm...first 2500m in 12:00, then took short break and did 1000m easier in 5:00. Felt much better running. Actually, it almost felt like I was beginning to run again. Timed a mile in 8:38 at pulse rate of 125-128bpm.
Avoiding anything anaerobic or stressful until sympathetic nervous system settles down.
