I try to do these most days...but probably end up doing them 4-5x per week. They are well worth the effort. Please note that these are not your basic stretches. They are mobility exercises...slightly different. I don't know how to explain the difference...or even if there really is one. But you'll see the difference between these and more traditional stretches if you try them. Highly recommended!
